Orthopedic Surgery, Orthopedic MD/DO Opportunity - Marshall, MI

Oaklawn Hospital is seeking a general Orthopedic Surgeon to practice at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, MI!

DETAILS:

• Succession planning for upcoming retirement in late summer 2026
• Hospital employed position; full time; 36 clinical + 4 admin hours/week
• Team consists of 3 Ortho docs, 3 Ortho APPs, plus, Site Manager, and support staff
• CALL: 7 to 8 shifts/month (to include 1 weekend/month). Also utilizing a local independent covering 1 weekend per month
• EMR: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years + other performance bonuses
• Contract Terms: 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
• Commencement Bonus/Loan: Paid w/in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
• Moving allowance: Reimbursed w/ receipts via IRS guidelines
• Student Debt Allowance: Negotiable
• PTO: 30 days front loaded every January
