Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee and manage data warehousing projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution of ETL processes. With a focus on Informatica Powercenter, the role requires expertise in data integration and Unix shell scripting. The candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of data warehousing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Ensure the efficient scheduling of tasks using Informatica Scheduler to optimize project timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement Unix shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integration processes and methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica Powercenter and Informatica Scheduler.
• Have a solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Show experience in Unix shell scripting for automation and efficiency.
• Exhibit excellent project management and communication skills.
• Be adept at working in a hybrid work model with cross-functional teams.
