Program Manager

Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Duration: Thru 12/31/2026

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution Manage commercial underwriting and Claims programs.
• Stakeholder and CIO Management Manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders, especially CIO and Quality Engineering and Assurance leadership.
• Influence and align CIO strategic goals with Program Delivery (Test Automation, Gen AI implementation, Data Strategy).
• Change Management and Adoption Lead organizational change management for process, strategies, and tools.
• Serve as Champion for Transformation and Innovation.
• Develop and Manage program budgets. Identify Risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies across program components.

Top Skills Required for this Role:

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management.
• 15+ years of testing experience with strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
• At least 3 years of Commercial P&C & Claims experience. Duckcreek experience is nice to have.
• Proven experience of working with CIOs.
• Strong mix of Business and Technical acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with solid interpersonal communications including verbal and written communications.
