Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation parts and inventory company seeking an outbound supervisor. If you have 3+ years of direct experience, this is the ideal role for you!
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform visual inspections of all outgoing parts and materials, including verifying trace documents, to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and customer requirements.
- Familiar with the different Maintenance Release certificates such as 8130's, EASA Form One, etc.
- Familiar with ATA106 and ATA300 Specifications
- Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the database.
- Assist with organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Identify issues within the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards.
- Train and onboard new hires to make sure they understand their roles.
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.
- Assist with scheduling and timecard approvals.
- Working with the Quality Assurance department in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate degree from a two-year college in a related field and/or 3+ years of directly related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- College or Technical School - a Plus.
- ASA-100 and/or ISO Quality Standard knowledge - a plus.
- Supervisor experience.
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting.
- Computer literate.
- Demonstrate professional style.
