Outpatient Physical Therapist

Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our patient-first, team-based clinics in the Northeast. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and neurologic conditions using evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. You will create individualized plans of care, document in EMR, and collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team.
