Outpatient Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist for our TIRR Greater Heights location, working Tuesday–Saturday. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adults and/or children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient rehab setting. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families.
