Outpatient Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our Greater Heights TIRR clinic, working Tuesday–Saturday. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include administering standardized assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You’ll contribute to quality improvement, precept students as needed, and support Memorial Hermann’s culture of innovation, inclusivity, and clinical excellence.
