As a Sales Executive for our Central Maryland operation, you are responsible for new business development in a productive, sales-driven environment, running the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Your ambition directly shapes your income, career trajectory and future. OTE (base + commission) 90k+ first year, 125k+ second year

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
• Initiate the sales process: schedule appointments, understand account requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate winning deals
• Close wins by building rapport, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
• Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
