Blue Kangaroo Packoutz Chesapeake/Norfolk is hiring a proven, relationship-driven outside sales hunter who knowshow to open doors and turn professional relationships into a dependable stream of contents restoration and packoutreferrals.The target is simple: make Blue Kangaroo Packoutz the first call when restoration contractors, insuranceprofessionals, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and other referral partners encounter a contents loss.You must be comfortable entering a territory, identifying the people who control or influence referrals, reaching themwithout waiting for an introduction, earning credibility, asking for an opportunity, and following through until therelationship produces business. The standard is measurable productionnot visibility, activity, or popularity.THE CANDIDATE WE WANT A proven new-business hunter with documented success opening accountsnot merely retaining or servicingthem. Preferably has an established, lawfully developed professional network among restoration companies, insuranceprofessionals, adjusters, property managers, contractors, plumbers, or related referral sources. Alternatively, can prove an ability to enter a market, build a qualified network quickly, and convert cold relationshipsinto revenue. Comfortable with cold calls, unannounced office visits, direct outreach, gatekeepers, rejection, and asking forcommitments. Credible with business owners, restoration professionals, claims personnel, and operational decision-makers. Self-directed, competitive, organized, persistent, and accountable without daily supervision. Uses a CRM consistently and can manage a large territory without losing follow-up discipline. Can perform regular in-person field travel throughout the assigned territory, with or without reasonableaccommodation, and can satisfy lawful driver and motor-vehicle requirements when operating a vehicle for work. Understands that commissions are earned only as defined in the written commission plannot merely for effort,travel, visibility, or good intentionsand that all earned commissions will be paid as required by law.STRONGLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Property restoration, water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, contents restoration, packout services, roofing,construction, plumbing, or emergency services. Insurance claims, adjusting, insurance agency relationships, third-party administrator networks, or vendor-partnerdevelopment. Outside B2B sales involving referral partnerships, long-cycle relationship development, and measurable revenueresponsibility. A verifiable history of exceeding new-account, referral, revenue, or gross-profit goals.This position is commission-only
