Outside Sales Representative

Allegiance Staffing is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a customer in the Louisville, KY area that specializes in forklift and material handling equipment sales, rentals, and service. This role is responsible for developing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships while selling new forklifts, equipment rentals, service programs, and related warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through prospecting and networking
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Sell new forklifts, equipment rentals, and service solutions
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer equipment needs
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Manage a regional sales territory

Requirements:

• 35 years of forklift or material handling equipment sales experience required
• Formal sales training or structured sales background preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a territory independently
• Valid driver's license required

Territory:

• Regional travel within approximately 100 miles of Louisville
• Most travel within about one hour of the Louisville area
