Were looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow key accounts in an industrial, project-based environment. This role blends account management and salesexpanding existing customers while driving new business.
What Youll Do:
- Own and grow key customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with operations and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for repeat work, expanded scope, and new services
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from outreach to close
- Partner with internal teams (estimating, production, operations) to deliver projects
- Act as the main bridge between customers and internal teams
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience and long-term retention
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years in account management, business development, or similar roles
- Experience in industrial, energy, construction, or field services
- Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Oil & gas, fabrication, or industrial services background
- Experience with project-based work, contracts, and pricing
- CRM and pipeline management experience
