Wanted: Sales Professionals. Do you have some experience in the trades? Are you good with people? We are looking for some great people here at Culligan. Earnings can be well over $100K per year!! Culligan Water of St. Joseph Missouri, the undisputed leader in water treatment since 1936 is expanding their residential sales force in the St. Joe, MO area! We are looking for direct sales representatives who want the opportunity to be a part of a growing, vibrant local company selling/renting the best equipment in the marketplace. We have a vast base of customers in the St. Joseph area and see unlimited opportunity to expand on this base. No water experience is necessary, but prior sales experience is a plus. Must be a professional, self-starter with initiative and intuition. We will train you on how to work with potential customers to help them determine the type of service that best suits their needs. This position will be responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers for direct residential sales and rentals of household water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole house filters. This position also requires candidates to self-generate household leads, follow company credit policies, and provide written feedback of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager. Background check and drug screen are required. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Responsibilities include analyzing customers' current water quality and offering solutions to address and improve specific needs, building solid, long-term relationships with customers, communicating consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments, regularly seeking out and generating additional business opportunities to support your dealership, and reporting sales activities/updates on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, valid driver's license, three years of sales experience is preferred, but not required, consistently presenting a polished, professional appearance, pro-grade customer service skills and best practices, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
