Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Marshall, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care to patients across all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management

• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screenings

• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

• Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications

• Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant

• National certification (NCCPA)

• Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
