As a Packaging Tech, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality, sun-grown cannabis products to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include packaging our products with precision, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently package cannabis products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to labeling requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged products and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Salary

$18 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently over extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the High Falls Canna facility.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and an understanding of industry regulations.
- Experience with inventory management systems or software.
- A passion for wellness and holistic health practices.
