Pay Range: $15.00 hourly + benefits

Role Summary:
As a Packaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging processes. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain to ensure product is able to into available inventory for patients, in a timely fashion. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you work to package our products safely, accurately and consistently.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain packaging equipment to meet production goals
Inspect and verify that packaging materials meet quality standards
Assemble, pack, and label products according to specifications
Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging activities and ensure timely delivery of products
Follow and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to pass level two LiveScan background screening and pre-employment drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in packaging or assembly line related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of packaging equipment and technologies
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
