We're hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to help build, package, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No advanced experience neededif you're dependable, like working with your hands, and enjoy being part of a team, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble products using basic hand tools
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipping
• Load materials and keep production moving
• Work alongside a team to hit daily goals
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• No two days are exactly the same, and there's always something new to learn.

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand and move throughout your shift

Work Environment

You'll work in a large manufacturing facility producing steel cabinets and storage products. Team members work together on assembly lines, helping move products from assembly to packaging and shipping. The environment is active, team-focused, and designed for people who enjoy staying busy and seeing the results of their work at the end of the day.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, CT.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
