Production Packing Associate

Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Packing Associates to join a food manufacturing facility in Belleville, IL. This position works in a fast-paced food production environment packaging food products at a table-based workstation.

Job Title: Production Packing Associate Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts) Wed: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (12-hour shift) Every other Saturday required based on production needs Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack food products into plastic containers at a table-based workstation
• Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• Maintain steady production pace to meet daily goals
• Check products to ensure packaging and quality standards are met
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Wear required PPE including hairnet, beard net (if applicable), and lab coat/smock

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or packing experience preferred
• Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive work in one assigned workstation
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• No jewelry permitted in production area
