Maintainer is looking for a Paint Prep Production Worker to help prepare equipment and components for painting. This role includes sanding, grinding, and cleaning surfaces to ensure high-quality finished products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sand, grind, chip, and wash surfaces to prepare for painting
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Prepare parts and units based on the production schedule
• Follow blueprints and basic instructions
• Ensure work meets quality standards before moving forward
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety guidelines
• Move between workstations as needed
• Support team members and help maintain a productive work environment
• Participate in process improvements and suggest better ways of working

What we're looking for includes:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or relevant experience)
• Experience using power tools is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in different positions
• Comfortable working around equipment, noise, and dust
