Split your time between inpatient clinical work and developing the Palliative program. Practice details include:

Palliative fellowship and experience in Palliative Care/Hospice required
Inpatient coverage focused on complex ICU care (ICUs: General Medical/MedSurg, Cardio, Neuro)
Monday Friday, occasional weekend coverage
Hospice call coverage 1:6 (call only)
