This position offers a flexible, as-needed (PRN) opportunity for a registered nurse with expertise in patient assessment and management (PAM) within a dynamic hospital environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards. - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition. - Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely. - Adhere to infection control and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. - Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably at a Tier III level. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
