I’m currently recruiting for a Paralegal with a well-established boutique law firm in Northern Virginia known for its work with franchisors, business transactions, licensing, trademarks, and related disputes.

What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys with franchise registrations and regulatory filings
- Prepare, review, organize, and track franchise and business contracts
- Maintain contract management systems, deadlines, and renewals
- Assist with corporate filings, resolutions, and governance documents
- Support franchise agreements, default/termination notices, transfers, M&A, and due diligence
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/college degree
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in a private law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, PACER/CM-ECF, and legal research tools
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$65,000 – $85,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
