Our Check-In Greeters provide inviting and positive experiences for all customers. We are looking for the most enthusiastic and energetic cannabis connoisseurs to ensure we provide the best customer service in the industry.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour/depending on experience. Bilingual preferred.

Required Duties:

• 
  

  Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience to all of our visitors.

  
  
• 
  

  Build rapport while checking in customers with a smile.

  
  
• 
  

  Review customer identification to ensure it is compliant to enter store and purchase items.

  
  
• 
  

  Keep all workspaces neat, clean, and organized.

  
  
• 
  

  Notify Management of any products that need restocking, cleaning, organizing, facing shelves and displays, and performing other duties assigned by Management.

  
  

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Requirements:

• 
  

  Ability to stand and walk for long periods

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc. to get products for customers from shelves of varying heights and locations

  
  

Education/Experience:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in a retail, customer service and hospitality preferred

Other Misc. Requirements:

  Must be 21 years of age

  Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check

  Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene

  
  
• Must be able to work Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 4:00pm and 9:00pm
• 
  

  Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts

  
  
• 
  

  Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
