Part-Time Home Health Occupational Therapist

Provide individualized occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them maintain safety and function. Collaborate with and lead one or more COTAs and complete a target of at least 12 visits weekly in the Newark, Delaware area.
