Deerwood Orthodontics - Glendale (Bayshore Center) Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Deerwood Orthodontics - Glendale is looking for a Part-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a patient-focused orthodontic practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dependable, positive team member who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working collaboratively with a dedicated orthodontic team. Schedule Wednesday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (9.25 hours) Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (9.25 hours) Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM (8.25 hours) Expected weekly hours: Approximately 27 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
