The Sales Associate Opportunity:

Come join the Coopers Uptown team as a Sales Associate! You'll provide excellent customer service through friendly engagement with our customers to assist in product selections while performing sales and register transactions.

You'll know you're successful when you can greet every customer with a smile and offer thoughtful assistance. We offer our sales associates competitive pay, generous merchandise discounts, a fun working environment, and more!

Sales associates will typically work 15-20 hours per week, with a focus on weekend availability. Your sense of urgency will help you provide quick and friendly service to customers that results in an amazing shopping experience for your customer. Our sales associates are an important part of our organization.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older required.
• A passion for extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
