Adult Primary Care role in Phoenix metro

100% Outpatient at 1 Location

Join existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical Assistant

Capped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patients

Recently built clinics with on site labs

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO Weekends

Value Based Care- Emphasis on CARE

Typical day: 11-14 Patients per day

PACKAGE

Partner Track available; Promotable Position

Salary range commensurate with exp. up to $250k Base + Annual Bonus = $275k year 1

5 Weeks PTO ; Medical, Dental, Vision + Retirement

$5000 Annual CME allowance & 1 Week
