Clayton Services is searching for a Parts Inside Sales Associate to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Parts Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and providing post-sale support to customers.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Parts Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Reorder any inventory or recurring parts immediately.
• Sell parts to existing customers over the phone or via email.
• Maintain the inventory of the products sold by recording the inventory parts and monitoring the stock levels of the parts.
• Utilize the company's software system to quote, invoice, and track shipments.
• Engage with past customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an "Open Orders" sheet daily.

Parts Inside Sales Associate Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.

Parts Inside Sales Associate Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or a GED certificate is required.
• HVAC or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Previous parts/inventory experience is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
