The Parts Outside Salesperson is responsible for driving sales of International parts and services by proactively engaging with customers who operate rolling fleets and related equipment within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with each customers operational needs.

A strong emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction, professional service, and maintaining a positive brand image. The Parts Outside Salesperson is expected to consistently meet sales and profitability targets while representing the company with integrity and a deep understanding of the parts and services offered.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, growing and maintaining the customer base, developing and presenting tailored solutions, closing sales, tracking and reporting sales activity, participating in company, market, or vendor driven sales blitzes, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, leveraging business understanding, persuading and influencing stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.

Desired education and experience include a high school education or equivalent, relevant work experience in active sales for a minimum of 2 years, preferably business to business (B2B), required commercial trucks/trailers knowledge, and understanding of customer and industry business. Other requirements include a valid drivers license.
