Purpose of Position

This position provides customer service to the technicians or customer while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for.

Essential Job Functions

Receive parts requests from Back Counter Parts Sales or other appropriate personnel.
Verify requests availability, pull parts from warehouse and inventory, and deliver parts to technician or other customer.
Place requested parts in designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Detailed orientated verbal, written, and observational.
Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.

Preferred Education

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

Prior Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.

Other Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
