DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients home that has Dementia/Parkinson's in accordance with an established care plan. ResponsibilitiesProvide health care services in patient's residence (including sponge bathing, dressing, toileting assistance and mobility).Client needs assistance with eating/feeding.Client needs assistance with changing briefs.Softly massage hands, wrists and arms for circulation and arthritis.Applying lotion to skin.Transferring assistance.Perform domestic and household tasks (cleaning kitchen, bathroom, floors and laundry).Assist with clients personal care activities.Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.Skills and RequirementsCaring and compassionate personalityMust be able to lift patient (using safety belt), turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.Helpful SkillsProven working experience as Personal Care AssistantHealth care administration skillsBenefits:Flexible ScheduleCompetitive Pay401k (21 and up; participants receive $50 annual contribution)ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accumulation 80 hours).Annual BonusReferral Program
