Practice Overview
You'll join a team of fellowship-trained pediatric ENT physicians supported by NPs, PAs, and dedicated audiology staff
Broad case mix including airway disorders, sinus disease, hearing concerns, and complex head & neck conditions
Blocked OR time allows for efficient, predictable surgical days
Opportunity for ASC ownership and future partnership
Schedule
Option for a 4.5-day or 5-day workweek, depending on your preference
Balanced schedule with ~2 clinic days and 2-3 OR days weekly
Consistent volume with efficient clinic flow and strong procedural mix
Light call structure with one weekend per month and mostly phone-based coverage
Compensation & Benefits
Generous base salary with uncapped bonus potential
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
25 days PTO, 9 holidays, and 5 CME days

Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Fellowship training in Pediatric ENT required or strongly preferred
Comfortable managing both routine and complex pediatric ENT cases
Interest in contributing to program growth or subspecialty development
