1:8 call by phone only
A leading organization provider of Social Services and Medical Services with offices in Chicago and Southwest suburbs is seeking a bi-lingual Spanish, and or Chinese speaking Pediatrician to add to their growing organization.
They are located close to the Pilsen neighborhood and metro downtown.
Schedule
35 patient hours per week
One evening hour per week from 1pm 7pm and two Saturdays 8:30-1PM per month. Time off during the week when working a Saturday
Time will be allotted for Administrative work
7 (15hour) call by phone only per month
Reasonable patient volume
They have a very cohesive work environment and are a highly regarded health center. Mission driven and seeking providers with similar interests.
Fully staffed with Primary care physicians, OB/Gyn, Psychiatry, FNPs and Nurse Manager
Salary 185k-200k
3k Relocation assistance available if moving out of state
Student Loan repayment NHSC (HPSA score 21)
Paid leave, paid sick days
3 weeks vacation

5 CME days plus $2,000 reimbursement
5k Sign on bonus
