Pediatrician | Plainview, NY | $215,000-$230,000 + $10,000 Sign-On

Outpatient only. No hospital rounds. Four days a week. Pediatric Health Associates, part of Allied Physicians Group, is hiring a BC/BE Pediatrician to step into an established patient panel in the heart of Nassau County. Compensation is above the Long Island market average and tailored to your experience. New graduates are genuinely welcome, as we run a structured mentorship and Early-Career Development Program built for your first years in practice.

Your Practice

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

  • Perform well-child visits and preventive care services

  • Guide families on development, wellness, and long-term health

  • Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary team

  • Document efficiently in the athenaOne EMR

Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

  • Current DEA Registration; PALS

  • Pediatric Urgent Care and/or ED experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
