Compensation Details: • Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total compensation of $300,000+ • Robust recruitment incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipend • 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave • Executive'level benefits package including medical, dental, malpractice coverage, and both 403(b) and 457 retirement plans
