Geriatric Psychiatrist – Inpatient ServicesHolyoke, MAStart Date: November 2026

A newly built inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit in Holyoke is seeking a full‑time Geriatric Psychiatrist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a modern, purpose‑designed 16‑bed unit with strong NP support and a stable daily census.

Position Highlights

  • Brand‑new inpatient unit

  • 16 beds

  • Daily caseload of approximately 8–10 patients, supported by an NP

  • EMR: WellSky

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Schedule

  • Full‑time, on‑site inpatient psychiatry

  • November start date

Compensation

  • $275,000 for new graduates

  • $330,000 for experienced psychiatrists

  • Compensation may reach $350,000+ depending on years of experience and overall background

Qualifications

  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible Psychiatrist

  • Experience or strong interest in geriatric psychiatry preferred

  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
