PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO by proactively managing priorities, communications, and daily workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity Manage and prioritize high-volume email inbox, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-up on critical communications Coordinate and optimize executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and personal commitments Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, invoice tracking, and timely payment execution Implement and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Provide daily and end-of-day executive briefings summarizing key updates and action items Perform personal and professional errands to support executive productivity Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiencyGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making Manage travel logistics and itineraries Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across entities Prepare weekly expense reports and maintain records Represent the executive in meetings when needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Coordinate special projects and initiatives Maintain oversight with corporate office functions Build relationships with vendors and teams Document meeting notes and follow-ups Continuously improve workflows and systems Support database management and backups Participate in professional development Contribute to overall team success Manage errands and ad hoc tasks
