As a Senior Personal Lines Client Service Manager II, you'll lead complex client relationships with confidence, shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and driving smarter coverage solutions. This full-time position is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.
How you'll make an impact:
- Own and grow a Personal Lines portfolio, delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven client experience.
- Lead complex renewals end-to-end, aligning coverage with risk and managing timelines effectively.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, anticipating needs and driving retention.
- Take a consultative approach, identifying policy gaps and provide coverage solutions supporting cross-sell and account growth goals.
- Provide expert guidance on complex coverage decisions and resolve service challenges independently.
- Ensure operational excellence through accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a team leader, sharing expertise and supporting a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Leverage data and digital tools to deliver efficient, modern client service.
- Drive retention, satisfaction, and portfolio growth through consistent, insight-led delivery.
About you:
- Bring progressive experience in insurance client service or account management, managing moderately complex Personal Lines accounts independently.
- Hold an active P&C license with strong knowledge of coverage, policy terms, endorsements, and service processes.
- Provide expert support on complex client inquiries, delivering clear, coverage-focused guidance.
- Communicate effectively with a consultative approach, building trust and simplifying complexity.
- Demonstrate strong judgment and ownership, confidently resolving complex issues and navigating ambiguity.
- Stay highly organized and detail-oriented, managing competing priorities and renewal timelines effectively.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset, identifying inefficiencies and enhancing service delivery.
- Collaborate and influence through expertise, supporting team performance without formal authority.
- Act as a relationship builder, problem solver, focused on strong client outcomes and career progression.
