Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations in a high‑volume retail setting, ensuring accurate, safe dispensing and exceptional patient care. You will supervise, coach, and schedule pharmacists and technicians, drive clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, and maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations. You will manage inventory, control costs, optimize workflow, and partner with store leadership to grow pharmacy performance while modeling Walmart’s values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
