With new executive leadership in place and a clear vision for the future, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across the pharmacy
• Improve workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement scalable processes and SOPs
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and operational performance
• Lead, coach, and develop operational staff
• Support growth initiatives and future expansion

Qualifications

• Operations leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or another highly regulated environment
• Strong process improvement and project management skills
• Experience leading teams through change
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus
