Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client's medical facility, located in Coeur d'Alene ID 83815. This is a 5+ month contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Location: Coeur d'Alene ID 83815
Schedule: M-F 6:45a-3:45p, lunch 11a-12p (40hours/week)
Pay Range: $18 - $22 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
- Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
- Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience. One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
