Phlebotomist Opportunity

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team. In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Schedule: PRN (12-Hour Shift)

What You'll Do

• Collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages
• Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing (name, date, time & location)
• Complete routine and STAT lab order collections in a timely manner
• Obtain patient consent when required for procedures
• File & deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations
• Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Provide excellent patient service and communication

What We Are Looking For

• Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality patient care
