Physical Therapist

East Suburban Sports Medicine Center seeks a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic, sports, and concussion rehabilitation for patients of all ages. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and guide safe return-to-sport and functional recovery. You will collaborate closely with therapists, athletic trainers, and physicians, support community outreach with local schools and teams, and pursue continuing education in a highly patient-centered, team-focused environment.
