This role includes primary home health coverage with some assisted living facility visits. Opportunities are available PRN, part-time, or full-time. Flexible scheduling is available. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Iowa Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or comfort providing care in Home Health and occasional Assisted Living Facility (ALF) settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel within Central Iowa, including Des Moines and Dallas Center.
- New graduates are eligible to apply.
