Physical Therapist

Kingston Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion in Vermilion, OH. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life in assisted living, rehab, and memory care settings. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EHR, educate residents and families, and support a culture of compassion, learning, and professional growth within our patient-centered environment.
