Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics) - Bend, OR

Salary: $85,000-$110,000+ annually (DOE)

Bonuses: Sign on bonus + relocation assistance available

Rebound Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Bend, Oregon. Job Description

  • Provide high quality outpatient orthopedic care to patients of all ages
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence based practice
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress
  • Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development programs
  • Engage with the community through outreach and local partnerships

Qualifications

  • Current or upcoming Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited DPT program
  • Experience treating a wide range of diagnoses and patient populations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence based care
