Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic and sports-related conditions, designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that enhance mobility and quality of life. You will provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education while documenting care in our EMR system.
