Physical Therapist (PT)

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, or integumentary conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will document care, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans as needed while collaborating with physicians and the care team. The role includes discharge planning, patient and family education, possible supervision of PTAs and students, and adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards in an on-site clinical setting.
