Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Coachability and willingness to work within an established operational model supporting team collaboration and productivity.

Position Details:

• Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic.
• Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU‘s that combine visits and collections in real time.
• Sign on Bonus using tiers of different levels to include: Debt Forgiveness, Sign on Package, and Retention Bonus
