To provide on-site PT Services

At Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC)

3551 Roger Brooke Dr., Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234

Work Schedule:

* Monday -Friday

* 7:00 am-6:30 pm (8 hour shifts within these hours)

* 40 hours
a week- No OT, evenings, or weekends

Qualifications:

Education:

* Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

OR

*
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy for graduates prior
to January 1, 2002.

* Graduate from a college or University approved by
the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Certification:

* Current
Basic Life Support Certification

Board Certification:

* MUST have certification as a Physician Therapist
through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification

* Must have at least 1 year experience in a hospital
or Medical Center providing inpatient Physical Therapy Services

* specialization in orthopedic, sport and manual therapy.

License:

*
Possess and maintain a PT license from one of (50) fifty states, The District
of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Experience:

* (2) Two years' experience within the last three years as a Physical Therapist at least (1) one year in an
inpatient Medical Center or hospital setting.
