Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Alaska state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred, including hands-on/manual therapy skills.
  • Experience treating post-operative, neurologic, and pelvic patient populations preferred. No pediatrics required.
  • Caseload management experience consistent with 45-minute 1:1 patient sessions and productivity expectations near 50 patients/week preferred.
  • Ability to work within an EMR (Prompt) that includes AI features and auto-dictation.
  • No new graduates. Travel teams or PT pairs not accepted. Candidate must be willing to work independently within a clinic that has other PTs on staff.
  • Business casual dress code adherence (jeans allowed Fridays; no scrubs).

  • Schedule: Flexible, no weekends; options include 5x8s, 4x10s, or 9x80s.
  • Caseload: 1:1 patient care with 45-minute sessions.
  • Productivity expectation: Approximately 50 patients per week.
  • EMR: Prompt with AI functionality and auto-dictation.
  • Patient mix: Post-op, neurologic, and pelvic patients; no pediatrics.
